Would You Like Two Free Coaching Sessions with a City Manager? Register for Call-a-Thon

Cal-ICMA is partnering with MMANC and MMASC to host a Call-a-Thon

(speed coaching over the phone) | Thursday, February 8 from 8 am to 9 am.

City Managers, Assistant City Managers, and other Senior Leaders attending the Cal Cities City Managers Conference in Los Angeles will call participating emerging leaders at 8:05 am and 8:30 am on February 8th for a 20-minute coaching conversation.  Participants will be done with the two calls by 8:50 am.  There is no charge.

During the two calls, participants can ask a career development question or two, seek advice about a problematic work situation, or ask for any other career guidance. Participants can ask the same question to each of the two coaches or ask different questions.

Once participants are registered, they will be notified in late January about their two coaches. Each of the two coaches will call the participant from the conference at the designated times. Participants must provide their telephone number when they register and be ready for the calls. It is encouraged that participants think about the career advice questions that they want addressed.

The Call-a-Thon is an easy, confidential, no-risk, and fun way to get coaching from a local government leader and thus accelerate your development.
